Diamond Lightite Reflective Sheeting

1. Diamond Lightite Sheeting

The first step in building a successful grow room is to ensure you get the maximum light return from your grow lights. This is achieved with the use of reflective sheeting, and in particular the best horticulture grow film in the industry, Lightite sheeting.
Our lightite sheeting range are super strong, super reflective and give a 100% black out – preventing light and heat from escaping the grow room. What’s more our Diamond Lightite sheeting has our unique diamond pattern which diffuses light on the plant canopy and prevents hot spots.
Furthermore, we offer a range of reflective tapes to help build your grow room with no loss of reflectance.

3. Automatic pH dosing pump

Careful pH control is an essential part of a hydroponics system. Acidity has a substantial influence on the absorbability and solubility of a number of elements. In addition acidity has considerable influence on the structure, breakdown of organic substances, and the microbe life. The pH also influences the way in which food elements, heavy metals, and pesticides are flushed out.

A pH value that is too low or too high can be detrimental to your plants, so it is important to get it right.
Using the Prosystem Aqua pH dosing pump ensures that your hydroponics system is always running at the correct pH. The pH control dosing pump provides fully automated pH control of aqueous solutions in hydroponic and aquaponic systems. It has been designed specifically for the control of pH in mixing tanks for fertilisation. Its small and precise flow makes allows for very accurate control of pH levels in your hydroponic system.

4. CO2 Enrichment

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is used by plants in photosynthesis, or the conversion of water, atmospheric carbon dioxide and light in the plant’s chloroplasts into food energy (simple carbohydrates), with oxygen as a by product. Resins and saps in the plants stems and branches then transmit this food around the plant to promote growth, reproduction and prevention of disease. Supplementing your plants with extra CO2 can increase your yields and growth by up to 20%.

The Exhale CO2 bag cultivates carbon dioxide 24 hours a day with no need to refill bottles or use expensive production units. The power lies in the mycelial mass inside the vented cultivator. This mycelial mass cultivates carbon dioxide and the one-way breather patch releases CO2 continually for up to 6 months. When plants are able to maximise the process of photosynthesis, the result is larger plants with larger yields.

5. Ducting in your Hydroponic Grow Room

Ducting is a simple, cost-effective way to connect your fans and filters to help provide the ventilation your grow room needs.

Easy Grow have two ducting options available:
1. Aluminium Ducting – An extremely flexible, reinforced, affordable aluminium foil ducting. Multiple layers of aluminium and polyester are laminated and supported by a high tensile steel wire helix.
2. Combi Ducting – Combi Flexible Fan Ducting has an aluminium and polyester inner shell, which is supported by a highly durable steel wire helix and given protection through an outer layer of PVC. This combination of parts provides a super strong yet remarkably flexible ventilation product. It’s guaranteed to remain completely airtight and resistant against all grow room temperatures and pressures.

6. Carbon Filters – Grow Room Filters

Indoor grow rooms can often produce unwanted odours, the first step in ensuring good environmental control is through the use of high quality carbon filters.

Professional Flower Filters are premium grade Carbon Filters that will remove 99% of odours from your grow room. Using the finest Virgin Australian RC 412 granular carbon allowing tight packing and leaving no space for VOC’s (odours) to escape. Activated Carbon absorbs and traps pollutants within the carbon removing 99% of odours and impurities from the air.

7. ONA Air Filters – Grow Room Filters

As a further protection for environmental odour control ONA Air filters can be used to scrub any remaining odours from the ventilation system.

ONA Air Filters allow for the complete and continuous air filtration of your indoor gardens air exhaust. Just attach to your ventilation system, insert the desired number of ONA blocks, and any unwanted odours will be removed from your ducting, quickly effectively and permanently.

8. Hydroponics Monitor

The HydroMaster continuously monitors pH, Temp˚C/˚F, EC & TDS providing accurate, stable readings you can rely on. Optimising these critical parameters through a plants growing phase helps ensure a successful crop.

Designed for indoor use, the HM-500 Monitor can be mounted on a wall or used as a bench-top monitor with its stand. Set up your reservoir, place the pH and conductivity probes in the solution, then adjust and monitor!

9. External Odour Control in your Hydroponic Grow Room

There are times when despite using the best techniques to remove odour from your ventilation they still persist and in these cases a further level of odour control is required.

In these incidences, ONA odour neutraliser can be used outside of your Hydroponic grow room to neutralise any lingering odours. If needed this can be coupled with a Breeze or Cyclone fan to increase the rate of distribution.

10. Ventilation Control

Having manual control over your intake and exhaust airflow is important. If the temperature is getting too hot in the grow then the ventilation needs to be increased, if it is getting too cold then the ventilation needs to be decreased.

The AdjustVent fan speed controller allows the optimum grow room temperature to be reached.
